This Privacy Policy explains what information Karma Quest ("we," "the site," "the game") collects, how third-party services used on the site handle data, and what choices you have.
Karma Quest does not require an account and does not ask you to submit personal information, and we do not store your game progress on any server. Your play session — quiz answers, karma value, choices, inventory — exists only in your browser's memory while the page is open, and is discarded when you close or refresh the tab.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — for example, which pages are viewed, how long people play, device and browser type, and approximate location (city/country level, derived from IP address). Analytics data is delivered through Cloudflare's Google Tag Gateway, which proxies the connection to Google Analytics through this domain as a first-party request, rather than loading it directly from Google's servers. Cookies used to distinguish visitors and sessions (such as _ga and _gid) may therefore be set on this domain.
This data is aggregated and used to improve the game and site; we do not use it to individually identify you. Google still processes this data as the analytics provider, governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Ads/Analytics data usage terms. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all sites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
This site is served through Cloudflare, a content delivery and security provider that sits in front of our origin server for all traffic. Cloudflare processes standard connection data (such as IP address and request metadata) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and operates the Google Tag Gateway described above. Cloudflare's handling of this data is governed by the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Karma Quest is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this site, contact us and we will address it.
You can block cookies entirely through your browser settings, use browser extensions to block ad and analytics tracking, or use the opt-out links above. Because we don't operate accounts or server-side storage of our own, there is no "delete my data" request to make with us directly for gameplay data — third-party analytics, ad, and font providers handle their own data under their own policies, linked above.
If this policy changes — for example, if we add new third-party services — we'll update this page and the effective date above.
